SUMMER POTATO SALAD
10 slices of bacon (fried and snipped)
7 - 9 potatoes (cubed and fried in the bacon remains)
6 eggs (hardboiled and chopped)
4 - 5 dill pickles (finely chopped)
1/4 cucumber (finely chopped)
4 green onions (finely chopped)
3 celery stalks (finely chopped)
2 T mayo
6 - 10 T sour cream (lightly dress)
1 squirt regular mustard
10 turns of the pepper mill
1/4 - 1/2 lemon (juiced)
COOL SEPARATE AND MIX
1 t cayenne (shaken on top)
1 t dill (shaken on top)
